Our scope of services extends from pre-sales support through to customer service.  This includes complete technical support, implementation, consulting, account establishment and tailoring, as well as extensive training.  Education is a large part of our responsibility.  As a result, we work with all other departments and clients gathering information, coordinating development strategies, and structuring implementation efforts.  We also work very closely with Academia.  Professional Services is in the initial stages of developing an academic module of GlobalPKG to be used by packaging students as a means of bridging the gap between academic preparation and industry need.  San Jose State University is the first example of this effort.  We are also responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of all materials for the purposes of training, education, and support of GlobalPKG.  Continued revision and publication of such items assures our clients that they are well informed.
